Any organisation that wants to apply for an accreditation or for a grant under Erasmus+ or the European Solidarity Corps must
- sign up to the general European Commission authentication service (EU Login)
- register with the relevant organisation management service
Sign up for an EU Login account
Before you can register your organisation, you first need to get an EU Login account. EU Login is a general authentication service for a wide range of European Commission services.
Check who manages your action
Where you register your organisation will depend on the action you are applying under and who manages it.
You can check this by looking at the list of actions and their respective management.
For centralised actions managed by the European Education and Culture Executive Agency
Organisations should register via the Funding & Tenders portal.
Once registered, you will receive a 9-digit Participant Identification Code (PIC). This unique identifier will be used as a reference by the Executive Agency in any interactions.
For decentralised actions managed by the National Agencies
Organisations should register via the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps platform.
Once registered, you will receive an Organisation ID that you can use when applying for an accreditation or grant.
If you have already participated in any Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps actions managed by a National Agency, you can search for your Organisation ID in the same platform.
