Any student enrolled in a higher education institution registered with the ESC-Router are potential ESC cardholders.
The ESC is particularly useful for students on mobility as it is a gateway to access student services - on and off campus. Only higher education institutions (not students individually) can ask to be registered in the ESC platform (the ESC-Router).
If you are a student and wish to have an ESC, please approach your higher education institution directly and encourage them to join the ESC.
