Erasmus+ App: features update for staff
The latest version of the app comes with accommodation search, new onboarding screens, easier login and other new and improved features.
With these new features come new opportunities for staff from higher education institutions to showcase the Erasmus+ App to their students.
The Erasmus+ App provides easy access to information and services for Erasmus+ mobile students throughout their mobility journey. It operates as a central source of information for users about the different Erasmus+ opportunities. The App also offers information about local events and deals, for example from local student organisations, as well as crowdsourced content from students themselves.
April 2024 updates
The most important new functionality is the integrated accommodation module, which provides users with an easy-to-use interface to show and filter housing curated offers from providers throughout Europe that suit Erasmus+ mobile students.
Other improvements include
- new onboarding screens explaining the Erasmus+ App’s main functions
- smoother and clearer login process
- upgraded information filtering and search functions
- redesigned and easier navigation through the step-by-step guide (“Mobility Journey”) on preparing Erasmus+ exchanges and the related administrative processes
- enhanced destination selection and saving of draft applications for students who use the Erasmus+ App to manage their applications (these tend to be from small institutions which do not have IT systems to manage these applications)
