Roles and responsibilities

• plans and defines strategic and governance activities
• develops and maintains the IT infrastructure and any new technologies which are introduced
• communicates the benefits of the ESC with the community and beyond
• provides training and helpdesk support

Coordination and reporting mechanisms  

• bi-weekly meetings with the Solution provider on progress, blocking issues and task organisation
• bi-weekly progress reports to DG EAC
