The Erasmus Without Paper relationship managers support software developers and higher education institutions in implementing the Erasmus Without Paper protocols in their IT systems and in their institutions.
Supporting the community with implementing Erasmus Without Paper
The relationship managers team consists of three colleagues who have experience with digital Erasmus+ administrative processes in higher education.

They apply this practical knowledge in their daily work, assisting colleagues in technical teams and international relations offices to ensure a clear understanding and proper implementation of Erasmus Without Paper.
Additionally, the relationship managers regularly gather feedback on different topics and share it with DG Education, Youth, Sport and Culture and Erasmus Without Paper project partners, contributing to the successful rollout of the initiative. This includes managing the Erasmus Without Paper user groups where colleagues can interact with other users for peer-to-peer support and contribute to community consultations.
About the roles
The role of Erasmus Without Paper relationship managers was created in 2022 as part of the Erasmus Without Paper Interoperability Reinforcement Plan to bridge the gap between IT developers and end users.
Initially, the scope of work of Erasmus Without Paper relationship managers focused only on enhancing cooperation with developers of the third-party providers and in-house system solutions. Since then, their role has been expanded to support the whole Erasmus Without Paper community. The relationship managers are ready to meet colleagues in higher education institutions to advise on Erasmus Without Paper implementation and have open discussions on the challenges colleagues face.
