Erasmus Days 2020: organise your event to celebrate your Erasmus+ success story

Three-day celebrations

Every year since 2017, the Erasmus+ Programme opens its three-day celebrations to past, present and future participants and beneficiaries throughout the world. Don’t miss the chance to get involved during Erasmus Days 2020 edition and share your Erasmus+ experience and project’s results.

What are #ErasmusDays?

Created for the 30th anniversary of the Erasmus+ Programme, #ErasmusDays have become a major European celebration of international mobility and intercultural exchange.

Erasmus+ participants, beneficiaries, alumni, organisations and National Agencies organise local events for citizens, media and policy makers to learn more about Erasmus+ and the wide range of projects it supports.

#ErasmusDays is an invaluable opportunity for project beneficiaries to spread the word about their projects, showcase their results and the impact of their work.

The fourth edition of #ErasmusDays 2020 will take place on the 15, 16 and 17 October. Last year, 3,995 events were organised in 53 countries by various Erasmus+ programme players.

This year, due to Covid-19 pandemic, the #ErasmusDays are an opportunity to convey a message of strength and resilience and show a positive sign of recovery to EU citizens.

How can I get involved?

Each organisation, institution or project consortium who benefits or has benefited from an Erasmus+ funding is free to organise different types of events, ranging from conferences, seminars or photo exhibitions to concerts, radio shows and digital activities.

Due to COVID-19 pandemic, #ErasmusDays 2020 will mostly consist of online events. These can be online conferences, webinars, online quizzes, video testimonials, live events, podcasts or online photo exhibitions.

Each event’s proposal shall be submitted to the National Agencies managing the Erasmus+ Programme in the respective home country.

Visit the Erasmus Days website and find out how to register your event!
