About the event

This conference brings together public authorities, higher education institutions, student associations, student service providers, digital officers, ESCI Champions and other stakeholders to discuss findings from a consultation on ESCI and the future of the initiative.

What we are covering

The conference will:

  • present the outcomes of the consultation, drawing on the online survey as well as the online and in-person workshops carried out in 2026
  • foster dialogue through interactive thematic sessions, enabling participants to share their perspectives on the results of the consultation
  • celebrate the ESCI community with an ESCI Champions Award Ceremony, recognising outstanding contributions to advancing student mobility in Europe
